To use the sbplayer menu, just put all of the files into a
directory with some sound files, then type sbplayer /n. You only
need the /n switch the first time or to update the file list.

The F1 key will bring up a help screen. But basically all you do
is highlight the sound file that you want to play and press enter.
You can highlight as many files as you want to before you press
     enter on the play command.

If you have a sound player program that works better than the ones
that came with sbplayer, you can edit the sbplayer.cfg file and
type in the name of the sound player program.
